Paid Time Off
(Associates will earn PTO for each regular hour worked. Paid Time Off is vacation, holiday and sick days all combined into PTO. PTO accruals listed below are based on a 40 hour work week.)

After One year = 7 days of PTO   Year Seven = 18 days of PTO
One year to Two years = 11 days of PTO Year Eight = 19 days of PTO
Two years to Five years = 16 days of PTO Year Nine = 20 days of PTO
Year Six = 17 days of PTO Year Ten and thereafter = 21 days of PTO

Associates are eligible for time off for Jury Duty and Bereavement

Service Recognition
A Service Pin is awarded after the Associate’s first full year of employment. Additional pins are received at each fifth anniversary with the Company. Associates with ‘successful or better’ performance appraisals will also be eligible for monetary Service Awards at each fifth anniversary.
